By downloading, installing, or using StowDeck ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

StowDeck is a link management application that allows you to save, organize, and share URLs from various platforms. The service includes:

• Saving and organizing URLs in folders (DECKs).
• Automatic metadata fetching for saved links.
• Sharing and collaboration features.
• Cloud synchronization across devices.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use StowDeck. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing accurate account information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to store or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Content Responsibility

You retain ownership of the links and metadata you save. StowDeck does not claim ownership of your content. However, you are responsible for the content you save and share through the platform.

6. Freemium Model

StowDeck offers a free tier with limited features and a premium tier with extended capabilities. Premium subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
• Refund policies follow the respective app store guidelines.
• Feature limits may change with reasonable notice.

7. Shared DECKs

When you share a DECK with others:

• Members can view or edit content based on their permission level.
• DECK owners can manage members and set permissions.
• Shared content remains visible to members until removed by an authorized user.
• You may leave a shared DECK at any time.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings, which will remove your personal data from our servers.

9. Limitation of Liability

StowDeck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data due to service interruptions.
• Content or actions of third-party links you save.
• Availability of external URLs or platforms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
